By accessing the Data Tracker software, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions of Use and compliance with any applicable local, state and federal laws. You may only access and/or use the Data Tracker software if you have:

1. Attended a Children's Trust sponsored Data Tracker training class AND
2. Completed and submitted a Data Tracker registration form AND
3. Been assigned a valid, user specific Data Tracker login account by The Children's Trust.

The user is responsible for any and all entries and/or modifications made to the data resulting from the use of the user's assigned login information. Entries and/or modifications to the data are tracked via username, date and time stamp. Login information must not be shared with any other individual. When an individual no longer needs his/her account, an email must be sent to Tracker_Support@thechildrenstrust.org requesting cancellation of the account. Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights of the Data Tracker software remain exclusively with The Children's Trust. Intellectual property rights include the look and feel of the software. This agreement constitutes permission for use only and is not in any way a transfer of ownership rights of the Data Tracker software.
